Quality Control
Each and every piece, prior to shipping, is accurately examined in a specific department having every means necessary to identify possible defects arising during production or finishing. It goes without saying that a dedicated office is put at our customers’ disposal, thus guaranteeing total confidentiality, should they wish to control the quality of their pieces themselves.

Packaging
We firmly believe in the importance of top security for our customers’ jewels during shipping, too. In our packing and packaging department, the Magicskin Italdibipack vacuum machine, with its specific material for the jewellery business, is in use. In addition, we are willing to follow any packaging instructions given by our customers, to guarantee vacuum, scratchproof and controlled atmosphere packaging.

Order management
We are ready to work on our customer’s management platform, or to allow our customer to interface with the section dedicated to them on our IT system, allowing the tracking of every stage in the development of the jewels. As to logistics, we have consolidated experience in the field of international shipping and are always open to follow any specific request made to us by our customers.
